Email Notifications

Installation
1. Go to your project and then click to the tab "Integrations".
2. On the integrations page click on the button "Connect" next to "Email notifications"
3. Enter the recipients of email notifications. You can enter multiple email addresses by clicking the "Add recipient" button as seen in the screenshot below. If you need to remove a recipient click on the "X" to the right of the recipient box. You then have to enter the different events that they should receive for each recipient. The different events are:
- Feedback created
- Comment created
- Feedback resolved
- Feedback unresolved
4. Mute notifications from some reporters. If you have the email notifications integration running with for example Feedback created event active you will always get an email when new feedback is created. Sometimes you might want to mute certain reporters. A great use case for this is if you do not want to get email notifications for feedback that you create yourself. To do this you should enter the same email address that you use as a reporter in the field "Mute notifications from these reporters" as seen in the screenshot below. You can enter multiple addresses with a comma separated list.
5. When the integration is active you will see a green border around the integration like in the image below. You will also see two new buttons:
Settings - Click this to bring back the modal from step 4 and update the settings.
Disconnect - Click this to disconnect the email notifications integration
